Founder & Owner

Chayce Cassani

Chayce Cassani founded Arbor Pros in 2016 and has more than a decade of experience in arboriculture and vegetation management. He began his career in the residential and utility sectors including work as a hazard-tree crew foreman, before starting Arbor Pros and growing the company into a multi-state vegetation management contractor.

He began his career in the residential and utility sectors including work as a hazard-tree crew foreman, before starting Arbor Pros and growing the company into a multi-state vegetation management contractor.

His experience includes utility vegetation management, hazard tree removal, forestry and fuels reduction, commercial and municipal tree care, emergency response, and large-scale vegetation management projects throughout the western United States, including work within the service territories of Southern California Edison, PG&E, Liberty Utilities, and PacifiCorp.

Chayce is an ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Utility Specialist, TRAQ qualified, California Qualified Applicator, Licensed Timber Operator (LTO-A), D-49 Tree Service Contractor, and Commercial Driver's License holder as well as a Qualified Line Clearance Arborist. He remains actively involved in Arbor Pros' operations, project development, and long-term growth.

General Manager

Heather Makrdichian

With Arbor Pros for more than 10 years, Heather Makrdichian is one of the longest-standing members of the company and a central part of its day-to-day operations. As General Manager, Heather oversees the administrative and operational systems that keep Arbor Pros moving.

Her responsibilities span logistics, accounts payable, staffing, HR coordination, billing, cost accounting, project support, and internal operations. She works closely with the leadership team to coordinate Arbor Pros' Reno residential and commercial operations while supporting projects throughout the company. Simply put, Heather is one of the people behind the scenes making sure the people, paperwork, resources, and logistics come together—and she has become a backbone of Arbor Pros.

Austin Villareal

Austin Villareal has been with Arbor Pros for more than five years and leads the company's residential and commercial sales and estimating operations. As an ISA Certified Arborist (WE-349554A), Austin combines technical tree knowledge with extensive practical experience evaluating properties, developing recommendations, and building scopes of work that make sense for both the trees and the customer.

Austin Villareal has been with Arbor Pros for more than five years and leads the company's residential and commercial sales and estimating operations. As an ISA Certified Arborist (WE-349554A), Austin combines technical tree knowledge with extensive practical experience evaluating properties, developing recommendations, and building scopes of work that make sense for both the trees and the customer.

Austin works directly with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, commercial clients, and other customers throughout the Reno–Tahoe region. His knowledge of arboriculture, estimating, and field operations makes him an important link between Arbor Pros' customers and production teams.

Field Supervisor & Equipment Operator

Tavis Vernon

One of Arbor Pros' longest-standing employees, Travis Vernon has been part of the company for approximately 10 years. As a Field Supervisor and experienced equipment operator, Tavis brings extensive hands-on knowledge of tree operations, forestry work, fuels reduction, and crew supervision.

Tavis helps coordinate field production while ensuring crews have the equipment, direction, and resources necessary to complete projects safely and efficiently. His decade of experience with Arbor Pros gives him a deep understanding of the company's equipment, crews, operating standards, and approach to challenging field projects.

Sergio Moran

Sergio Moran serves as General Foreman for Arbor Pros' Reno and Truckee–Tahoe operations, overseeing field crews and coordinating day-to-day production throughout the region.

Sergio is responsible for keeping crews, equipment, scheduling, logistics, and field operations moving across residential, commercial, and larger vegetation management projects. From coordinating work in the Tahoe Basin to solving the everyday challenges that come with operating multiple tree crews, Sergio plays a key role in turning project plans into safe and efficient field production.
